- $500 minimum order (shipping charges may apply)
- 25% handling fee is charged for order cancellations within 48
hours of scheduled delivery date, or any unauthorized refusal of goods
- Returned checks are subject to a $50 surcharge
- Unreturned pallets are subject to a $5 fee per pallet
- We accept all major credit cards (except Discover) up to $5000
- Wire transfers are the only acceptable form of payment for international customers
- CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY: Drivers are not
allowed to bring merchandise inside your store. Please make sure
accommodations are arranged to receive merchandise the day of delivery
- Some items in this catalog are not recommended to be shipped by air
- Prices subject to change without notice
- Discounts do not apply to cover or catalog specials
- Quantities limited to stock on hand

Claim Policy
- Claims of any nature must be submitted to your salesperson within one week of receipt of merchandise
- If returning merchandise, items must be in the original carton with the original case pack
- Damages that occur in transit via common carrier must be dealt with the shipping company directly
- No claims accepted on seasonal items, or merchandise that you cannot sell
- Claim approval is solely at the discretion of the customer service department
